Community grants

Council's Community Grant Program provides financial and in-kind assistance to eligible community groups and organisations for cultural, social, sport and economic development initiatives.

Limited funds are available through a competitive process, with applications determined according to funding criteria and merit. Applicants must use the correct form and follow the grant guidelines. Submission of an application is not a guarantee of success.

Environmental Sustainability Community Sustainability Provides financial assistance to eligible community groups to develop and implement retrofit projects, events and community and educational programs. Opening date to be advertised. Min $500
