Christmas card design competition
Young people throughout the region have the opportunity to win a fabulous ‘mystery’ Christmas present as well as having their artwork made into Council’s 2012 e-Christmas card.
We are looking for an image of ‘Christmas in the Tropics’. Santa Claus wearing shorts and thongs, suntanned reindeer, lunch on the beach, swimming on the reef, seafood and mangoes – an image which best represents Christmas in our tropical part of the world.
The competition is open to all young people up to the age of 13 years living in the Cairns Regional Council local government area. Entrants must create a Christmas in the Tropics picture.
Grab a competition form from any branch of Council’s Libraries, Customer Service Centres or download from the related documents section in the panel to your right.
Entries close Monday 26 November 2012.
