| The program is a partnership strategy between State Government and Local Government to support community involvement in multicultural Queensland. | |
As part of this strategy, Multicultural Affairs Queensland (MAQ) from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, funds the Multicultural Planning & Development Officer position with the Community Cultural Development section of the Cairns City Council.
