Local Area Multicultural Partnership (LAMP)
| The Local Area Multicultural Partnership (LAMP) program is an initiative of the Queensland Government. |

| The program is a partnership strategy between State Government and Local Government to support community involvement in multicultural Queensland. | |
As part of this strategy, Multicultural Affairs Queensland (MAQ) from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, funds the Multicultural Planning & Development Officer position with the Community Cultural Development section of the Cairns City Council.

The LAMP Program is a statewide network, supported through the Local Government Association of Queensland (LGAQ).
