The creation of new subdivisions also includes Street Naming and House Numbering. Most estates / suburbs have a Subdivision Theme allocated to them at the beginning of the development, and this is carried through in the street naming e.g.
Palm Cove - Palms and Ferns
Clifton Beach - Reefs
Kewarra Beach - Beaches
Smithfield - Mountains
Holloways Beach - Trees
Stratford - Australian Pioneers and Early Settlers
Woree - Female Christian Names
Hambledon Gardens - Hambledon Mill Employees of 10 years or more
