Material Change of Use

Material Change of Use of premises, means:

The start of a new use of the premises
The re-establishment on the premises of a use that has been abandoned

Examples

Establishing a Medical Centre on an allotment
Re-establishing a shop that has ceased trading
Increasing the floor area of a convenience store
