- Check with Trade Waste if you require a trade waste permit. You can use this Application for Approval to discharge Trade Waste (Commercial Liquid Waste) form ( PDF, 0.17 MB ).
- Check with Local Laws if a permit is required.
- Provide a copy of your plans to Council for approval.
- Provide your application for approval to operate a caravan park ( PDF, 0.08 MB ).
Existing businesses

Taking over a business
- Before you purchase a business, we recommend that you organise a sales search. This allows an Environmental Health Officer to inspect the premises, either as a desktop audit or a physical audit, to identify any issues. Complete and lodge this form to request a sales search ( PDF, 0.02 MB ).
