Carnival on Collins - call for stallholders

Should you like to be part of our Carnival on Collins Market Day held on Father’s Day 2 September 2012 please download the application form.

As per our Carnival on Collins Terms & Conditions , each stallholder will be designated to a particular site prior to the day.  Size and variety of product will be taken into consideration when planning the site layout.

Limited numbers of stall sites are available.  Previous site locations cannot be guaranteed. All efforts will be made to accommodate stallholders’ needs and space requirements where possible.  Final stall locations are at the discretion of the event coordinator.

As we are going for a sustainable accreditation this year it is preferred that stall holders apply on line to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum, however if you do not have access to the internet application packages are available at:

•             Reception desk at the Botanical Gardens Visitor Centre at 46 Collins Avenue Edge Hill
•             Cairns Regional Council Chambers 119-145 Spence Street, Cairns.

Applications  will close on the 30th July and stallholders will be contacted by the 6th Aug advising  them if their applications have been successful.
