Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Cairns Regional Council Local Law No. 1 (Administration) 2011, the abovementioned vehicles which are suspected by Cairns Regional Council of being abandoned and which Council has seized and impounded at its McCoombe Street vehicle yard, McCoombe Street, Bungalow, will be sold by Public Auction at 10:00am on Tuesday, 4 September 2012.

The auction will take place at the McCoombe Street Vehicle yard, 145–153 McCoombe Street, Bungalow and vehicles will be available for inspection from 09:00am on the day of the auction.  For enquiries please telephone Local Laws Officer on 4044 3044.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Cairns Regional Council Local Law No. 1 (Administration) 2011, the abovementioned vehicles which are suspected by Cairns Regional Council of being abandoned have been seized from the parking areas and impounded at its McCoombe Street vehicle yard, McCoombe Street, Bungalow.

If the vehicles are not claimed and released within one (1) month from the date of this notice, Council proposes to dispose of the vehicles in accordance with the provisions of Cairns Regional Council Local Law No. 1
(Administration) 2011, by Public Auction at 10:00am on Tuesday, 2 October 2012, vehicles will be available for inspection from 9:00am on the day of the auction.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. ENCLOSED shoes MUST be worn
2. NO smoking on site
3. NO children under 12 years of age allowed on the site.  Children between the ages of 12 and 16 must be strictly supervised.
4. Vehicles must NOT be started in the Council compound and there must be  NO ATTEMPT to start a vehicle within the compound.
