Simply click on Current Vacancies, find the position that interests you and follow the prompts. You will need to submit a separate application for each position you are interested in.

It is recommended that your application is lodged as a single electronic document, including your cover letter, resume, and any other information that you think may be helpful in your application. Please see our sample cover letter and resume.
All online applications should reach us by 5pm on the advertised closing date.
Application consent details
You may choose to give your consent to be considered for other similar positions within Council over the next 6 months. However, giving this consent does not automatically mean that your application will be considered for all positions at Council. A separate application must be submitted for each vacancy.
When you can expect to hear from us
After applying online you will receive an immediate acknowledgement that your application has been received. Applicants will generally be notified of the initial outcome of their application within two weeks of the applications closing date.
Late applications
Late applications will be accepted at the discretion of the selection panel.
If you are shortlisted for interview
You will be contacted by the Chair of the selection panel if you are selected for interview. You must bring along any original certificates or licenses that are required of the position for verification by the selection panel.
Referee checks are carried out post-interview for the selection panel’s recommended candidate.
Assessment of skills/ability to perform tasks of the position
In some instances Council may require you to undertake a practical assessment to demonstrate your skills and ability to perform the tasks of the position and/or a pre-employment medical assessment.
