Steve has spent 23 years in the Army, and has worked with Cairns, Mulgrave and Babinda Chambers of Commerce and local community leaders.
Division 1 includes the areas of Aloomba, Babinda, Bartle Frere, Bellenden Ker, Bramston Beach, Deeral, East Russell, East Trinity, Eubenangee, Fishery Falls, Glen Boughton, Goldsborough, Gordonvale, Green Hill, Lamb Range, Little Mulgrave, Mirriwinni, Mount Peter, Ngatjan, Packers Camp, Waugh Pocket, Woopen Creek, Wooroonooran and Wrights Creek.
